There are three versions of their famous software, each with more features. There is the Standard version which includes all sorts of basic features such as bead and jewelry inventory tracking, vendor contacts and jewelry sales transactions. There is the Pro version which includes everything from the Standard version but also has some advanced jewelry supply inventory tracking and invoicing ability. And once you’ve hit the “big” leagues you can go with the Deluxe version which includes everything in the other two version as well as the ability to link into Quickbooks for all your business accounting, and includes a lot of extra jewelry invoicing and printing features. When you purchase the software you’ll receive support for one year and then you can purchase another annual maintenance contract each year for a small additional fee.

Bead Biz Books – Another small company with what appears to be a good starting bead jewelry software package. The screens look good and it has most of the basic functions you need to run your jewelry business. It can track beading inventory, calculate jewelry pricing, and even help keep track of customers. It’s only available for the Windows PC and I didn’t read much about support, but there are some positive testimonials about their software.

Blue Symphony’s Jewelry Insight – Still a relatively new piece of software, Blue Symphony’s bead jewelry software product has a small and growing following. It’s a bead jewelry inventory management software program that allows you to track your beads, figure out costs, create reports and generally organize and run your own bead jewelry business. This software doesn’t seem to have a big market share right now, but it could get more popular in the future.
