We use Bead Manager Pro and it works well. Also, it is available for the Mac, something which most other beading programs are not. Our queries have been taken care of quickly and Gary has stayed with us when we’ve had problems. We live in Texas, U.S., and response time from Australia hasn’t made any difference.

As the founder and creator of Bead Manager Pro I came across your post and wanted to respond.

We have done several upgrades since you purchased Bead Manager Pro and worked out many of the initial bugs (not an easy task, just ask Microsoft about Windows Vista, need I say more)

Upgrades are an important part of development and we respond to customers requests and queries to try and implement and feature requests that are feasibly possible.

We have also implement a ticketing system for any support queries. We maintain our full support and respond to all queries in 48 hours within working days. Being based in Australia does not hinder our support to the US.

There is another software product on the market now which is half the price of Jewelry Design Managers deluxe version and still has all the features. Its called Bead Manager Pro and is available here! I think its great and very simple to use.
