The Fire Mountain Gems 2007 Bead Jewelry Contest is underway!

Fire Mountain Gems, that bead jewelry supply juggernaut, is once again hosting a bead jewelry contest for projects that may appear on the cover or inside pages of its tremendous catalog!

You could win anywhere between $50 to $1000 in Fire Mountain Gems gift certificates and have your artwork, your name and contact information shown in the immensely popular catalog and website! That’s amazing publicity and it would be great to be able to put the phrase “Featured in the Fire Mountain Gems Catolog!” on all your marketing material!

There are LOTS of categories this year including Gemstone, Glorious Glass, Kids’ Creations, Metals, Seed Beads, Wires, Swarovski and many more! They even have a few new categories this year. Best of all, you can submit a single project for judging in up to three different categories if it qualifies! Obviously all the pieces you used need to purchased (or at least carried by) Fire Mountain Gems.

To enter you go to the site and download an entrance form and then you submit your work with an 8 x 10 regular photo or with high resolution digital photos or scans. There are no email submissions, so you’ll have to do some planning for this one. Entries are due in by August 31, 2007 so there’s still a whole summer available to put together some entries!
