A beautiful St. Patrick’s Day customized beaded bracelet from Shanrene.com!

If you have a craft show coming up in the next month or so you might want to consider some St. Patrick’s Day bead jewelry. Seasonal jewelry always does very well for me, depending on the time of year. I find that the Fall is usually better for this sort of thing than the Spring holidays, but St. Patrick’s Day seems to be an exception. Whenever I have a craft show in late February or early March I invariably sell more green jewelry and get asked “Do you have anything for St. Patrick’s Day?”

I don’t normally make anything specifically for St. Patrick’s Day, but I have a small show that I’m going to sell at where I might give it a try. I decided to look around for inspiration and found a few great sites that have the items and even samples of some great St. Patrick’s Day Bead Jewelry!

Shanrene.com has a few great examples of what I think are nearly perfect St. Patrick’s Day beaded bracelets. Scroll down the page and you’ll see three bracelets at the bottom. They basically include beautiful green beads, some Swarovski crystals and a little shamrock charm! I like them because they are simple and elegant and could be worn at times other than St. Patrick’s Day and still look great! I especially like shopping at Shanrene because a portion of the proceeds of some of their pieces go to charity.

Of course, if you’re going to make your own St. Patrick’s Day jewelry then you’ll need supplies. There are lots of places to get pick up Celtic and Irish beads, including your own local bead store. I found a pretty large collection of clover charms and Irish and Celtic charms, beads and clasps over at Firemountaingems.com.

If you’re looking for some more inspiration and want something a little more authentically Irish then you might want to check out the handmade Celtic bead bracelets over at DragonWeave.com. They’re not all the traditional green, but they are all beautiful and appear to use very high quality beads and stones.
