www.Beadboard.net has moved to www.BeadJewelryBlog.com

It took most of the weekend (and plenty of help from my husband) but Beadboard.net has now been moved and renamed to BeadJewelryBlog.com!

I’ve been wanting to do this for a while, but haven’t had the time to even begin it. I think the new name, Bead Jewelry Blog, is more descriptive of what this site is all about: highlighting all the great artists and people who make bead jewelry fun and exciting! I think a lot of people were confused by the term “beadboard” because it could refer to the tool that a lot of jewelry artists use, but it could also refer to the wood panels that have grooves in them that a lot of older homes still feature.

I’ve also changed the way the blog looks a little bit. I’ve created and updated all the categories so they are a little more descriptive, I’ve made the site a little easier to read and I’ve tried to make it a little easier on the eye. I’m still not done yet, but it’s a start. I still need to change some formatting, I still don’t have a working email address and I still want to get some features working that aren’t working yet.
